Success measures

• We are working to develop some specific measures against which we, our partners and patients will be able to measure our success.
• However, our aim is for all five trusts to have a Care Quality Commission rating of at least ‘good’ within the next three years.
• Our developing approach to quality management will provide a standardised and systematic way to help us raise standards across all trusts.
